In addition to the 60-minute session, this package also includes your choice of an additional 30-minute Grocery Tour - OR - 30-minute In-Home Kitchen Cabinet Cleanout.

I will help give your cabinets a 'clean sweep' and help you to better understand how to read labels for optimal nutrition content and quality ingredients.

 

Grocery Store Guidance

During this private 30-minute food product Grocery Store Guidance Session at a local grocery store/market, I will help guide you to choose the right products for optimal nutrition. 

 

After we meet, you may choose this one-time consultation as creative inspiration to continue on your own, or choose to register for weekly or monthly check-ins to stay motivated and on track!
